Subscription services

For our subscription services including The Hidden House, The Hive of the Holy Wild Flesh, The Hag Ways Collective Coven, Witches of the Word, the Heathen Imaginarium, and the Heathen Hearth Council, there are no refunds for any reason. You can cancel these subscriptions at any time. You are fully responsible for canceling your own subscription using the log-in information you used when you signed-up. We do not have access to this information due to privacy laws. This policy is detailed on the sales pages for these offerings.

Apprenticeship, Myth-Tender, and House of Night Trainings

For our small-group intensives including the Mythic Witchcraft Apprenticeship, Myth-Tender, and House of Night programs, there are no refunds unless the program is canceled by The Hag School, in which case you will receive a detailed email explaining your option to receive a full refund within 60 days of the cancellation date or have a credit for another future event within the same year. We reserve the right to move any and all in-person events to virtual containers if government policies, advice from public health officials, or other forces in the sociopolitical landscape warrant we do so. In-person events will be moved to virtual containers at the discretion of Danielle Dulsky and The Hag School. Moving an in-person event to a virtual container does not in any way constitute cancellation.

If you are on a payment plan for these small-group, intensive programs, you acknowledge there are no refunds for any reason. We will cancel the payment plan only in rare family or health-related circumstances that require you to drop out of the program early. These are small-group programs intentionally structured so participants have access to the information for years after the program ends, so the content can be revisited as needed. We are unable to fill a spot in a small-group program after it begins, and you are responsible for the full tuition after your payment plan begins. Payment plan cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis. All fees are non-transferable to future programs. If your payment plan is canceled for non-payment and you have not been in contact with us, we will invoice you for the balance of your tuition. We ask those who have an installment agreement with us to be mindful that we are a small business and to stay in contact with us if they require payment extensions. Failed installment agreement payments negatively impact our good standing with our credit card processor. Beginning in 2024, we will only be offering payment plan options to those who have successfully completed a payment plan with us previously.

writing Intensive programs

All deposits and payments for the 8-15 week writing programs are non-refundable and non-transferable. These are small group programs. If you request a payment plan for these programs, you are responsible for beginning the payment plan on the date specified in your welcome email; if you do not begin the payment plan by the date specified without contacting us to make alternative arrangements, you forfeit your deposit and your spot in the program. You cannot transfer any fees paid to a future program under any circumstances.

Other Virtual Intensives

For our one or two-day intensives that include but are not limited to our oracle-deck, writing, and witchcraft workshops, and seasonal (non)retreats there are absolutely no refunds unless the event is cancelled by The Hag School; if this occurs, we will issue refunds within 30 days of the cancellation date. We reserve the right to postpone these intensives to a later date due to unforeseen circumstances, and postponement in no way constitutes cancellation. We also reserve the right to change the intended schedule as needed. If you have a coupon code for these offerings, you are responsible for entering the code at checkout. There are no refunds for any reason.

for all programs and offerings

We reserve the right to reschedule any and all programs as needed. Rescheduling a program does not constitute cancellation. We also reserve the right to move any and all in-person events to a virtual format if the sociopolitical or public health landscape warrants we do so. We will provide as much notice as possible if a program needs to be rescheduled or moved to a virtual format. We are not responsible for any travel-related fees in the event of an in-person event being moved to a virtual format.
