A: No, the classes are pre-recorded. I have chosen to do it this way because it can be lots of information to absorb, as well as lots of topics that are being discussed. This way everyone can pause the video whenever necessary, and go at their own pace.

I will also explain this in the lessons themselves; we all operate at a different speed. This is not good or bad. And that's why we want to make it the best for you.
